Purpose

Our HSE policy is designed to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and eradicate all work-related sickness and injuries. 

We believe that injuries do not just happen, they are caused. When the cause is controlled, the damage can be prevented.

We are dedicated to achieving:
  • No incidents or accidents
  • No personal injuries
  • No sick leave caused by the working environment
  • No damage to the environment.
Our HSE objectives will be achieved by ensuring that:
  • We actively engage in, and promote participation in, our HSE campaigns and activities
  • We contribute to, and foster a culture where everyone looks forward to coming to work 
  • We encourage and support the intellectual and social development of our colleagues
  • We stay up to date via, and ensure the provision of, relevant HSE courses 
  • We focus on preventing work-related accidents and losses (physical or otherwise)
  • We identify hazards and rectify poor working conditions 
  • We continuously strive to meet the needs of our employees, clients, and the community, both legally and otherwise.
